Why did you start in motorsport?
My father took me indoor karting one summer holiday as a treat, and we both got hooked, especially as I won my first ever race! He then bought me my first kart and we started competitive karting in Honda Prokarts, swiftly followed by TKM. After several years of karting I got the opportunity to try car racing and moved onwards to the 750mc Stock Hatch Championship, where I am currently racing in a Citroen Saxo.

BWRDC Jean Denton Award for best female in first season of car racing & 51st position overall in 750MC Stock Hatch series, competing in Class B in a Ford Fiesta XR2

2005 and earlier
TKM kart racing in the Rissington Kart Club Championship. Consistent top 10 finisher in the championship, highest placed female in championship, 2002-2005
2002 BWRDC Kart Champion
2003 BWRDC Vice Kart Champion

Favourite venue
Anglesey Circuit, even though it is a very long way away.

Worst event
Brands Hatch, 2008 crashing my car into another stationary car, damaging it quite badly and ending up all battered and bruised.

Best event
2008 Anglesey best ever results two days running for the double header and we also had lovely weather topped off with some fabulous racing.

2006 Qualifying in 6th position at Oulton Park, after only just making it out on time for qualifying.
