At 11am on Friday 13th January, the Motor Sport Association (MSA) Stand at Autosport International was buzzing with excitement as a host of members of the British Women Racing Drivers’ Club lined-up next to MSA CEO, Colin Hilton for a photocall and presentations of the 2012 GoldStars by the legendary John Surtees OBE.

The BWRDC is honoured that one of motorsport’s greatest legends, John Surtees OBE will present the BWRDC GoldStars at 11am on Friday, 13th January, at the MSA Stand (2840 Hall 20) at the Autosport International Racing Car Show, held at the NEC in Birmingham, UK.

The BWRDC is delighted to continue to support club members with this prestigious initiative once again in our anniversary year. The nominations for the 2012 BWRDC GoldStars Awards Elite and Club categories have now been finalised.
Motors TV and the British Women Racing Drivers Club (BWRDC) have launched a mutually beneficial partnership with the aim of increasing the profile of women competing in motorsport and engaging with the High Speed Television channel’s female viewers.
